Happy Half-Year Birthday, Haylee!
Haylee turned 6 months old August, 15th! I thought Rylee was growing up way too fast but Haylee seems to be growing up even faster! I can't believe she has been here for six months already! She had her 6 month well-check and the doctor said she looks great! She weighs 15lbs 5oz and is 27 inches long. Her weight is only in the 40th percentile (a Nave first I believe!!) and she is super long (90th percentile). Here she is at six months:

Yummy!
Haylee tried her first bites of food yesterday!

She really liked it
She started doing this weird thing every time she wanted a bite. She would scrunch up her nose and sorta laugh/snort and when she would open up her mouth I would sneak the cereal right in! And of course I got video of it....July 24, 2008

Rylee adored the horses. She loved seeing them!

And we're off!
Rylee meeting the baby horse. Just her size.
Scott taking all of the kids for a ride.
"Horsey!!"
The newest cowgirl
We took the girls to the zoo and it was their first time visiting.
Haylee ready to go!
Rylee and her silly cheese face...
... in every picture
Haylee was not impressed by the bear behind her.
This was taken at the end of the day when we were all hot, tired, and grumpy. People kept saying how cute the girls were because they both were sucking their thumbs, leaning to the same side, trying to sleep.
Haylee sporting her new shirt
The next day, we all hiked down to the lake to swim.
Awesome-ness
Haylee and I, just chillin'.
Tade, cold and spraying the bugs away.
Rylee and her Uncle Tony
I was the photographer while everyone tried to lift eachother on eachother's shoulders. They were so proud.
The best shot
My poor husband on the bottom. lol We about lost him.
Staying dry on the shore...well except for the giant wet dog.
Rylee kept telling me she wanted cheese. I thought she meant take a picture so she could say cheese but I think she really just wanted some cheese...
Tug-o-war. I am sure Tade won.
Best buds.
Avrie loved holding Haylee!
Tade got his turn too.
We went bowling and Rylee got a turn.
A storm rolled in and lighting hit just off the Nave's property starting this fire!
Dinner at Maggiano's. Yummy!
Rylee with her Daddy
Poor Haylee was jealous of the food. Who wouldn't be?
Bruce won a trip to the race track for 8 people to drive race cars! We had our own private suite for the day and the boys all got to race each other. It was awesome.
The boys in their cars.
GO DADDY!!!!
Scott vs Nathan
And it all came down to...
Bruce
vs
Colby
Waiting in the "Loser's Lounge" to see who would take all of the glory.
And the winner was....
Bruce!
In order from left to right
Bruce, Colby, Jeff, Scott, Tony, Nathan, and Mike.
That evening we relaxed on the porch. It was perfect.
Just some cool pictures of the hummingbirds

Haylee with her Papa
and with her Grammie
I love how Haylee's mohawk glistens in the sunlight.
Hiking down to the lake one last time before we left.

Cruiser in his element
His pride and joy....the giant stick.
Grrrr. He looks fierce.
My beautiful girl

Saying goodbye to the horseys

Piling up on Scott, they all had to get in on it.
I love Scott's face, you can tell he's had enough.
Goodbye Colorado!!
